Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following eligibility conditions must be met to use ywkkl's services:
- You must be at least 21 years old ("for those aged 21 and above only").
- You must be a real individual — no corporate entity or bot may open an account.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- Your banking method and personal information must be your own.
Age Verification
ywkkl may request a national identity card or other documentation for age verification at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Protection of Minors
Those under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. In the event of a breach of this prohibition, the account may be permanently closed and deposited funds forfeited.
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account with ywkkl, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of information provided at registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.
3.2 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, notify the ywkkl support team immediately.
3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, or multiple accounts are operated from the same device or network, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances forfeited. Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is a serious violation.
3.4 Account Verification
ywkkl may request documents for account verification at any time. Identity confirmation may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed. If required documents are not provided on time, payment processing may be delayed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ywkkl currently processes transactions through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. All transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If any issue occurs during the payment process, contact the support team and keep proof of the transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following items are verified before a withdrawal request is approved:

- Whether the withdrawal method matches the deposit method.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ywkkl offers new users a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit after registration must be a minimum of ৳300.
Example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳42,000 deposit → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is bonus amount × 25 (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus).
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Wagering requirements apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
- If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- ywkkl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- A bonus may be restricted to specific games or categories — the terms of each individual offer apply.
5.4 VIP Program
ywkkl has four VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement from one tier to the next depends on overall activity on the platform. VIP membership may provide special benefits, priority support, and exclusive offers.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. All betting and gaming decisions are made at the user's own risk. If a bet is placed incorrectly due to a technical error, ywkkl must be notified immediately.
6.2 Game Fairness
All games on ywkkl are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from recognized software providers. This ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely random and not predetermined.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game remains incomplete due to a system error, network issue, or server outage, ywkkl reserves the right to declare that round void and, where applicable, the bet amount will be refunded.
6.4 Sports Betting
Separate terms apply to each market and event in the sports betting section. The decision of ywkkl's authority is final in determining results. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ywkkl platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:
- Playing games or placing bets using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
- Exploiting any system vulnerability or flaw ("bug exploiting").
- Claiming bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
- Using the ywkkl platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Carrying out any technical attack intended to disrupt platform operations.
- Colluding with other users for match fixing.
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
- Copying, distributing, or using platform content for commercial purposes without authorization.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by ywkkl
ywkkl may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:
- Reasonable suspicion that a violation of these terms has occurred.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
- Failure to provide proof of age or identity verification.
- A self-exclusion request has been made under the responsible gaming policy.
- Account preservation is required for technical or security reasons.
8.2 Closure Request by the User
If you wish to close your account yourself, contact ywkkl support. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any verifiable balance will be withdrawn.
8.3 Balance Settlement
Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn after wagering requirements have been met. However, if the account is closed due to a violation of these terms, the balance may be forfeited.
